Materials

Plastic boxes are most commonly made with PVC, PET or Polypropylene and can be made in wall thicknesses ranging from 0.22 mm to 0.60 mm to accommodate a wide variety of applications. All materials exhibit high clarity and are extremely durable. Proprietary creasing technology ensures an E-Z fold and yields opportunity for a variety of shapes and styles.

Graphics can be applied directly to the box materials eliminating the need and extra costs for labels or header cards. Four printing methods exist as options for the box materials.

Our knowledgeable and experienced design team will be happy to advise you in your selection, although ultimately the responsibility of material selection lies with the purchaser. To receive additional information or a quote, simply send us the information about your product.
